CLUTCH PLATES

* For US Military Tank

* Material, 4140, specially imported from US

* Rings laser cut from sheet, heat treated and fixture flattened

* After heat treatment, gears are laser cut in a custom fixture

* To ensure proper tolerances a gauge was sourced from a specialized gear cutting machine shop for a go fixture

* Plates ground to specificied thickness and finish

* After inspection plates are sent for specialized nitride cast hardening (teeth only are hardened)

* Oscillated by hand and oiled
