Located just southwest of the intersection of Highways 6 & 7 near the centre of the Technology Triangle, we have excellent highway access. Surrounded by the supplier and technical services needed to support CNC manufacturing, our team is drawn from one of the best pools of manufacturing talent in North America.

Building
Our 20,000 sq. ft. building has 2 dock level doors and 1 grade level truck door. The layout facilitates the efficient movement of jobs from raw material racks to laser cutting or turret punching, to brake forming, to welding and final assembly.

Plant Equipment
Our plant equipment has a broad range of capability in part size, in the process used and in the type of material that can be handled. All equipment is late-model (purchased new in 2000 or later) and deliver the accuracy and productivity needed to make excellent quality at competitive pricing.

Systems
Our enterprise software - Visual Manufacturing - supports every aspect of our business from estimating through manufacturing to invoicing. This maximizes the quick, accurate flow of information internally and to our customers. We use CAD/CAM systems like Solid Edge and AutoCAD as well as proprietary Amada programs. Our network services the entire company from the plant floor to the executive office.
