    • laser cut from 4140 steel, heat treated and flattened, inspected to minimize backlash, surface ground and oiled.

    • laser, cut, brake formed and welded from an extensive kit of parts to a just-in-time schedule. Armour plate is welded on some versions.
  • Blast Louvres
    • laser cut with a slot and tab design to maximize welding efficiency and ensure precision in the final assembly.
  • HEAVY EQUIPMENT / OFF ROAD APPLICATIONS
  • Duct for ultra-heavy truck
    • laser cut, formed and welded, then primer and top-coated for maximum corrosion resistance.
  • Pedal Prototype
    • punched, formed and laser cut on our combination machine, then brake formed. The pierced dimple is used on several products.
  • Hydraulic clamps
    • laser cut, formed, welded then wet painted, these multi-hose clamps are stored and released in a kanban system.

    • laser cut, formed, crimped, welded and flow-coated. We refined the process to reduce the cost of this part while retaining performance.

    • laser cut, formed, welded, ecoated then powder coated. Thhis comples shape was created with minimal tooling.
  • Exhaust heat shield
    • laser cut from 409 stainless, formed then spot welded. Special material stocking plan reduces lead time and cost.

    • laser cut from aluminum, then formed with PEM fasteners clinched home.

    • laser cut from aluminum, then formed with PEM fasteners. Part of a kit of parts to be assembled on site inside an enclosure.

    • Unbelievable! Laser cut from aluminum then brake formed in one piece.

    • punched and laser cut then formed and welded to a sliding fit. All components are coated with hospital compliant anti-microbial paint.

    • laser cut, formed, welded, then assembled with hydraulic components and pressure treated. Kanban supplied to our customer.
